School’s out for Joe Jonas, Class of 2008. “A big congratulations to Joe,” brother Kevin Jonas, 20, said before a Los Angeles taping of MTV’s new music show FNMTV on Friday. “He just graduated from high school. It happened yesterday so it’s a big deal.” Joe, 18, who took correspondence courses while touring, said he was relieved to have sent in his last high school assignment on Thursday. “I haven’t heard from the school yet. But I’m officially done with the work,” said Joe, who “played a concert” to celebrate.

The Brothers also revealed a few of their other future plans – including celebrating Nick’s upcoming 16th birthday on the studio lot in Los Angeles where they will soon start filming their new Disney show, J.O.N.A.S.

Kevin, Joe, and Nick announced that they will be debuting the second single from their new album, Little Bit Longer, during the MTV Video Music Awards. The 2008 VMAs will air live from Paramount Studios in Los Angeles and one-time only in its original format on Sunday, September 7, 2008 @ 9PM (Live ET/Tape Delayed PT). “It’s going to be an exciting performance,” says Nick. “We’re going to involve the fans in it.”
